Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging (shrink wrap sealed) with all inserts and accessories.

All returns require pre-authorization; unauthorized returns will be declined. Refunds for non damages will be less the cost of shipping.

Certain purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Preorder items once the order is placed, regardless of production delays.

• Gift cards and promotional discounts.

• Sale or clearance merchandise.

Krazy for Mahj products are created with care and thoughtfulness.

Slight variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur and are considered part of the unique quality of the sets. All layered tiles are tumbled and then polished in our manufacturing process, some small scratches are to be expected.

These distinctions are not classified as defects and do not qualify for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide clear photos and details.

Approved cases will receive a return label and instructions; all items must be returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

We carefully track every shipment, but in the rare event your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
